Unlike some practices, we do not assign accommodations evaluations to interns, trainees, or graduate students. Your evaluation is conducted by an experienced licensed psychologist from beginning to end.

Remote Evaluations Done Securely and Effectively
The entire process, including your consultation, testing, and written report, is completed remotely using secure, HIPAA-compliant technology. We work with clients in 41 states, and our remote evaluations maintain the same clinical quality and individualized analysis as our in-person services.
We Aim to Continue Supporting You After the Evaluation
If a testing agency requests clarification or additional documentation, we help our clients navigate those requests whenever reasonable.
If accommodations are denied, we provide reasonable assistance with appeals at no additional charge.
Insurance and Payment
Private pay is accepted. Insurance coverage for evaluations performed primarily for standardized testing accommodations varies and is often limited. During your consultation, we can discuss your circumstances and expected costs.
