As a caring and experienced therapist, I work with people of all ages and backgrounds. I believe that therapy should be customized for each person and that it is important to support them throughout their journey of change.

Since 2012, I have been helping people with various mental health challenges. I find deep satisfaction in this work. My approach is client-centered, meaning we work together to achieve your goals. I see life in a holistic way, understanding that all parts of a person’s experience are connected and important for their well-being. I believe that every challenge can be worked on.

In my career, I developed training programs for school social workers with the Utah State Board of Education. I have helped elderly and terminally ill patients with complex medical conditions. I have supported highly traumatized individuals and provided mental health services to junior high students, helping them with personal, school, and family issues.

I am dedicated to making sure everyone gets the help they need. Creating personalized treatment plans is a key part of my work, and I always strive to meet the unique needs of each person. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I use different therapeutic approaches to meet my clients’ needs. I use evidence-based techniques like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gottman Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These methods help me provide effective and personalized interventions for a wide range of mental health concerns.

I am excited to be part of Excel Psychology and look forward to helping clients on their journey to better mental health.
